About
Advanced Centers for the Specially Enabled Foundation (ACSE) is a
Maryland-based nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and facilitating the integration of individuals with specialized needs into their local communities.
Currently serving the Howard County region — including Columbia, Ellicott City, and Marriottsville — ACSE partners with families, caregivers, and community organizations to build inclusive environments where every person can thrive.
Our programs focus on empowering aging adults and their caregivers through access to resources, training, and community engagement opportunities that promote independence, dignity, and a brighter future filled with supports.
Together, we are shaping a Maryland where inclusion, respect, and opportunity are at the heart of community life.
